It has been almost five years since the
Christopher Robert Clarke Foundation was established.
Through the generosity of many, we have managed
to build a solid, successful foundation. The CRC
has become not only a charity but also a living,
breathing entity made up of the thousands of people
who have in one way or another chosen to become
involved. Thank you all.
Through your generosity we have managed to donate
close to $300,000 to the Christopher Robert Clarke
Scholarship at Saint Joseph’s Preparatory
High School. This has fully funded several partial
scholarships. We have also been able to make sizable
contributions to the Frank Robert Clarke Scholarship
Fund at the Rosemont School of the Holy Child
as well as to the MBF Center in Norristown, PA.
All worthy causes in support of the foundation’s
stated mission. The MBF Center promotes independence
and productivity for high school students and
adults with disabilities who experience multiple
barriers to employment. The Frank Robert Clarke
Scholarship Fund grants financial aid to those
students who have lost a parent.
The CRC Foundation is evolving. Ensuring Buddha’s
name lives in perpetuity, we will be establishing
our own endowment with an initial goal of $1,000,000.
Our mission of awarding grants to underprivileged
children seeking a quality education and a better
life will remain unchanged.
Once
again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts
for your generous support! We are so excited for
our upcoming events. We are having the Annual
Christopher Robert Clarke Foundation Golf Classic
at Galloway National Golf Club on June 27, 2006.
We will also be having our annual event at The
Westin on September 15, 2006. Please click on
the links above to find out more information.
Buddha’s
memory will continue to live on through the Clarke
family and you … his incredible friends!
With all our love and thanks,
The CRC Foundation
